Construção rústica em granito, construída no início do sec. XX, soalheira e com vista panorâmica para a exuberante Serra da Estrela. Casa licenciada em Turismo Rural, inscrita no RNET sob nº 4602 com livro de reclamações eletrónico registado. Inserida na rede das Aldeias de Montanha, sendo a Aldeia mais próxima da Torre (1992m), sendo por isso propicia para a descoberta, a pé ou de automóvel, de toda a Serra da Estrela.

 

Também fica bastante perto da Rota das aldeias de Xisto assim como do Piódão. Casa das Lages é portanto propicia a uma estadia em contacto com a natureza do Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela. No dias de Inverno e Primavera é luxuriante ouvir o cantar da Ribeira de Alvoco, enquanto descansa ao som do silêncio, característico desta Casa de Turismo Rural

 

A casa fica localizada junto a antiga estrada romana. Podem percorrer as ruas da aldeia, encontrar belos recantos, marcas da presença judaica, banhar-se nas águas cristalinas e saltar as pedras da Ribeira de Alvoco, nadar na piscina, jogar snooker, pingue-pongue, matraquilhos na Associação.

 

Ambos os apartamentos incluem um quarto duplo, uma kitchenette, com zona de refeições e uma sala de estar. A zona circundante proporciona uma estadia relaxante e vista para uma paisagem natural.

O meu espaço fica perto da Torre (Serra da Estrela), pistas de Ski, Skyboard, de atividades para famílias, trilhos para caminhadas. Vai adorar o meu espaço por causa de o aconchego, a localização, vistas para a montanha. O meu espaço é bom para casais, aventuras individuais, viajantes de negócios, famílias (com crianças), e amigos peludos (animais de estimação).

 

 

With a Panoramic View to the Exuberant Serra da Estrela...

Casa das Lages is located in Alvoco da Serra, Serra da Estrela, surrounded by the mountain, has 2 independent flats and a triple room.
Rustic construction in granite, built in the beginning of the 20th century, sunny and with a panoramic view to the exuberant Serra da Estrela. House licensed as a Rural Tourism, registered in RNET under nº 4602 with a registered electronic complaints book. Inserted in the Mountain Villages network, it is the closest Village to the Tower (1992m), and therefore favourable for the discovery, on foot or by car, of the whole Serra da Estrela.

It is also very close to the Schist Villages Route as well as Piódão. Casa das Lages is therefore propitious to a stay in contact with the nature of Serra da Estrela Natural Park. In winter and spring days it is luxuriant to hear the singing of the Ribeira de Alvoco, while you rest to the sound of silence, characteristic of this Rural Tourism House.

The house is located by the old Roman road. You can wander the streets of the village, finding beautiful nooks and crannies, traces of the Jewish presence, bathe in the crystal clear waters and jump over the rocks of the Ribeira de Alvoco, swim in the pool, play snooker, table tennis and table football in the Association.

Both flats include a double bedroom, a kitchenette with dining area and a living room. The surrounding area provides a relaxing stay and views of a natural landscape.

My space is close to the Torre (Serra da Estrela), Ski tracks, Skyboard, family activities, hiking trails. You will love my space because of the cosiness, the location, mountain views. My space is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
