A Imani tem cinco suítes e dois quartos duplos, situados nas antigas casas agrícolas da herdade. Com áreas que variam entre os 35 e os 80m2, cada quarto foi decorado individualmente, com mobiliário vintage e peças surpreendentes.

Para um toque extra de requinte, todos dispõem de um minibar gourmet e amenities Hermès.
O Wi-Fi é gratuito em todo o hotel.

Muitos dos ingredientes nascem na horta orgânica da quinta e são apanhados apenas no momento de irem para o prato.
O Improvável está aberto ao público em geral apenas sob marcação prévia, e não apenas aos hóspedes do hotel.

Ao almoço temos à disposição um menu de snacks e refeições ligeiras, mas ao jantar servimos refeições à carta, mediante marcação.

At Imani we combine a warm atmosphere with an excellent service.

Our team makes every effort to make you feel as comfortable as possible, making you feel at home. That's why we serve breakfast until noon, so you can walk at your own pace. Or, in winter, we light the fireplaces of the suites before your arrival, so you can enjoy being greeted by warmth. In summer, you can dive into the two swimming pools of the property or relax on the hammocks in the garden.

Today we have the number 1 accommodation offer of Alentejo on the TripAdvisor website and our Booking.com rating is of 9.5 out of 10 possible values. We have already been awarded, among others, with the "Best Rural Tourism" award by Turismo do Alentejo and with the "New Private Project" award by Turismo de Portugal.

Each one of Imani´s rooms is unique and special
Imani has five suites and two double rooms, located in the old farm houses of the estate. With areas varying between 35m2 and 80m2, each room has been individually decorated with vintage furniture and astonishing pieces.

For an extra touch of refinement, all rooms feature a gourmet minibar and Hermès amenities. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
There is one bedroom and accessibilities for people with reduced mobility.

With Rui Rosário in front of the Imani Country House restaurant, we offer seasonal, modern and well-cared cuisine, but strongly rooted in the Alentejo gastronomic tradition.

Many of the ingredients are born in the organic garden of the farm and are picked up just as they come to the plate.
Improvable is open to the public by prior reservation only.
For lunch we have a menu of snacks and light meals, but for dinner we serve à la carte meals by appointment.

If you want vegetarian options, please indicate at time of reservation.
On Monday and Tuesday, we only serve snacks and light meals throughout the day, exclusively for our guests.
