A Sambuc’asa é um projeto familiar de Turismo Rural, que resulta da recuperação de casa na Aldeia de Montanha do Sabugueiro. Tem 5 quartos com casa de banho privativa, sala, cozinha e terraço.

A Sambuc’asa resulta de trabalhos de restauro de uma casa tradicional da Serra da Estrela, localizada no Sabugueiro, em pleno Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela. Os trabalhos de restauro foram pautados pelo reaproveitamento/reutilização máximos dos materiais originais, mantiveram-se as madeiras interiores nos pisos, em termos de mobiliário foram reutilizados / recicladas diversas madeiras, nomeadamente dos “arcazes”, das paredes interiores e escadas que foram demolidas.

Consideramos que a Sambuc’asa mantém testemunhos do seu período de construção, associados ao conforto que a atualidade exige, maximizando em termos energéticos as fontes renováveis, como são os painéis solares, a caldeira a pellets e o recuperador de calor na lareira. Também em termos de equipamentos e iluminação procuraram-se soluções com maior eficiência energética, que foram determinantes para a classificação A+ obtida em termos de certificado energético do edifício”.

Bem-vindos Projetamos a Sambuc'asa a pensar no conforto, recuperando materiais e soluções de modo a torná-la acolhedora, moderna, mas mantendo a tradição de uma casa em pedra! O gosto pessoal, levou-nos a escolher o nome da casa, dos quartos e as fotos das aves que observamos na aldeia e a na região. Não nos fartamos de percorrer a Serra da Estrela, a pé, de bicicleta ou de carro! Venha daí, descobrir a nossa história e uma imensa Serra, a Estrela da companhia!!!

Sambuc'asa is a family-run rural tourism project that resulted from the restoration of a house in the mountain village of Sabugueiro. It has 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen and terrace.

Sambuc'asa is the result of restoration work on a traditional Serra da Estrela house, located in Sabugueiro, in the heart of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. The restoration work was characterised by the maximum reuse/reutilisation of the original materials, the interior wood was kept on the floors, and in terms of furniture, various types of wood were reused/recycled, particularly from the "arcazes", the interior walls and the stairs that were demolished.

We believe that Sambuc'asa retains traces of the period in which it was built, combined with the comfort that modern times demand, maximising energy from renewable sources such as solar panels, the pellet boiler and the fireplace stove. In terms of equipment and lighting, we also looked for more energy-efficient solutions, which were decisive for the A+ rating obtained in terms of the building's energy certificate."

Welcome We designed Sambuc'asa with comfort in mind, recovering materials and solutions to make it cosy and modern, while maintaining the tradition of a stone house! Personal taste led us to choose the name of the house, the rooms and the photos of the birds we saw in the village and the region. We can't get enough of travelling the Serra da Estrela on foot, by bike or by car! Come and discover our history and the immense Serra da Estrela, the company's Estrela!!!
